Armando Cardoso

Chief Executive Officer

Armando is an industry expert in fee-for-service and value-based contracting.  He has led healthcare teams from multiple perspectives – from his time leading national analytics for Ascension Health, to serving as Head of Growth for Clover Health, leading the West/Mid-American provider contracting team for CareCentrix, and spent time in Finance with Morgan Stanley’s Healthcare Investment Banking team in New York and Summit Partners Healthcare Private Equity team in Boston. Armando earned a degree in finance and accounting from Georgetown University. He lives in Austin, TX with his wife, son, and two dogs.

Effie Carlson

Chief Growth Officer

Effie has led healthcare teams across growth, operations, network contracting, sales, business development, and government/policy for over a decade. She ran the business operations, sales, and clinical operations of independent healthcare providers as CEO of Best Practice Management and General Manager/VP of payer Relations of Team Select Home Care. Most recently, she lead innovation in technology, product, and legislative policy as the Chief Growth Officer for Logisticare|Circulation (PRSC NASDAQ). Effie lives in AZ with her husband, and four children.
