What Advanced Pain Care Says about Healthcents

In healthcare we all try to work smarter as it would be difficult to work much harder! Healthcents has helped us achieve that goal with our payer contracts. We are a small healthcare system with Ambulatory Surgery Centers, a physician group that includes Pain doctors, Anesthesiologists, Addictionologist, Rheumatologists, Orthopedic surgeons and Neurosurgeons so there are many details in payer contracts that have to be addressed. The team with Healthcents have made certain that nothing has been missed. I’m very happy to have them as part of our team!

Chief Strategy Officer

Advanced Pain Care lacked the internal resources to sufficiently tackle payer contracting in-house. In addition to expanding their service lines and adding new locations they needed to strengthen their payer portfolio by renegotiating current agreements and contracting with new payers.

With Healthcents, Advanced Pain care extended its contracting team and gained a strategic partner for executing a successful expansion. Prioritizing Advanced Pain Care’s strategic vision, Healthcents crafted and carried out a payer contracting strategy that set them up for strong growth.

By making Healthcents an extension of their team, Advanced Pain Care increased reimbursement on their priority contracts and obtained new payer contracts that allowed them to expand their service offering, access to new patients, and grow revenue. They realized a double-digit percentage increase. Advanced Pain Care has partnered with Healthcents since 2018.
